Strolling through the heart of downtown, you can't miss The Prudential Center.
Watching over the entire city, the "Pru" is home to the popular Cheesecake Factory.
Well known for their variety of homemade cheesecakes, the factory has expanded
their menu from Northern Italy across to Southern Louisiana. And It doesn't just
end there. Being a lover of Chinese, I decided to try out "Sheila's Cashew Chicken
Salad". And if you're as picky as I am with your Chinese, this will completely exceed your expectations. This salad starts off with a bed crispy and soft mixed greens. It's piled mile
high with tender grilled chicken, crispy tortilla strips and carrots, salty cashews, and fresh
cilantro. To top it off, a tangy citrus honey peanut vinaigrette is splashed atop the dish.
If you find yourself with one of those hankering cravings between savory and sweet, salty
and sour, or crunchy and soft, this dish is hands down your greatest relief!

Located in the historic Cambridge Mass., the Shake Shack is
becoming famous for serving up a tray of sophisticated yet down
home comfort food. From custom custards to juicy franks, the Shake Shack
has something to fulfill everyone's taste buds. The real star of the show
is the hand crafted burgers. Here, you can see a Shack Burger, 100% beef grilled
on the flat top with crisp lettuce, and tomato. Along side it, is the incredible
"Shroom"Burger. This little gem is a savory portobello mushroom, deep fried
and stuffed with a blend of melty muenster and cheddar cheese. Does it even get better
than that you ask? To answer your question, yes, it does! A burger without
fries just seems untraditional, and here they're cranking out hand cut, yukon gold,
crinkle fires. With their crispy outside and fluffy inside,
one order just isn't enough!
